pesosinmypocket is a bit of my adventures that i share with friends, family and travelers.​ when i started traveling it was difficult to find others that shared my vibe - backpacking budget, without a vehicle, solo, and experienced surfers. since then, i have surfed over 100 surf spots and written up the blog posts to make it accessible to you.

as someone that grew up without a passport, i got the travel bug in my study abroad in cape town, south africa, then spent 15 months as a digital nomad,  moved to mexico for two years of climate work with peace corps and will see where the next thing takes me...
